Waitakere Health Link hold quarterly Community Health Service Open Days in the Waitakere Hospital foyer. The aim is to raise awareness of health services provided in the community by NGOs to hospital staff, patients and visitors.
Hospital staff can network with local community health organisations who provide health services to patients leaving hospital and support them to stay well in the community.
